Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • We do not require upfront deposits for residential projects
  • Commercial projects may require a deposit per contract terms

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship with a 12-month warranty. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our painting work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Services not rendered as agreed
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Quality issues not addressed after warranty claim

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work: No fee
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work: $100 fee
  • If materials have been purchased specifically for your project: Cost of materials may be deducted

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by phone or email with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
