1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Broughton Painting & Decor Co provides professional painting and related services including but not limited to:

• Interior and exterior residential painting
• Commercial painting services
• Cabinet refinishing
• Drywall repair and texturing
• Color consultation

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days
• Final pricing may vary if scope changes during the project
• Additional work not included in the original estimate requires client approval
• Prices quoted are for labor only unless otherwise specified
• Materials may be billed separately or included in the total price

4. Scheduling

• Projects are scheduled based on availability
• Estimated start dates are subject to change based on weather and other factors
• Clients will be notified of any schedule changes as early as possible
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Returned check fee of $35 applies for bounced payments
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services

6. Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion date. This warranty covers peeling, flaking, or blistering caused by improper application. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by acts of nature
• Damage caused by homeowner or third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to mold, mildew, or structural issues that may be discovered during the course of work.
